Each SheniEkimi standard is supported by short, practical courses on <a href=\"https:\/\/academy.gmj.ge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GMJ Academy<\/a> &mdash; so a facility doesn&rsquo;t only learn where it falls short, it can close the gap straight away.<\/p><h3>How training works with accreditation<\/h3><div class=\"se-callout\"><p style=\"margin:0;line-height:1.7\"><b>Learn.<\/b> Free Georgian- and English-language courses on GMJ Academy, aligned to each standard.<br><b>Certify.<\/b> Complete a course and receive a certificate.<br><b>Prove.<\/b> During accreditation, those certificates are submitted as evidence &mdash; for example, every member of staff submitting a hand-hygiene certificate.<br><b>Required vs recommended.<\/b> Most courses are recommended; a few are required for accreditation, such as infection control, informed consent and emergency readiness.<\/p><\/div><h3>Courses by standard<\/h3><p class=\"se-muted\">Each core standard maps to a course area on the Academy.
